- Responsible for developing, administering and executing of sales and marketing.
- Analyze, plan and implement marketing and sales activities with new customers and retain loyal customers.
- Developing sales strategies and to achieve sales target.
- Building professional relations with customers to constantly improve sales score and performance.
- Manage and foster relations and agreement with client/external partners and vendors.
- To provide weekly sales report and be responsible for business outlook.
- To carry out due diligence analysis and update the progress on the potential customers.
- Conduct, define and access business opportunities i.e., product presentation, competitive analysis of others and creating demand
- Solicit customer inputs to optimized bid proposal i.e., estimation and cost evaluation on sales price strategies. Responsible for bidding and work associated with it.
- Provide quotations, follow-up and closing sales.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other duties assigned by the Superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing in oil and gas industry.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong attention to details, self-starter, proactive and possess and alert, inquiring mind.
- Must be proficient in Malay and English, both oral and written.
- IT savvy and problem solver.
- Able to travel locally to attend meetings with clients. Possess own vehicle is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate, complete and timely invoicing to client, follow up and take action on the overdue payment.
- Perform complete document checking of incoming materials and prepare timely payment to suppliers/staffs.
- Assist to perform balances reconciliation inclusive of bank statement, fixed deposits statement, trade facilities statement and stocks.
- Prepare and arrange payment for withholding taxes to LHDN within due date.
- Assist to update acquisition, depreciation, write off/disposal of fixed asset in the fixed asset register.
- Prepare payment for monthly recurring expenses.
- Liaise with company’s secretary, auditors, bankers and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain correct chart of accounts in the SAP Accounting Software.
- Archive and maintain proper records and filing for easy retrieval.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience in related fields.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong attention to details, self-starter, proactive and possess and alert, inquiring mind.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP software.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Self-motivated, proactive and with positive working attitudes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement detective, preventive, and monitoring controls as needed to fill gaps in the current IT environment.
- Assess business and organizational implications of key application technology implementations to recommend appropriate control procedures.
- To create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Maintaining, configuring and monitoring virus protection software and main applications.
- Coordinating computer network access and use.
- Configure and maintain servers, storage and networks.
- Configure and maintain system monitoring and backups.
- Configure and maintain security for systems and networks.
- Configure and maintain network routing, bandwidth and system performance.
- Configure and maintain software components used in developments i.e. operating systems, web servers, load balance, database server, application execution environments etc.
- Manage Office 365 environments including installation, configuration & patching of environments, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and other duties necessary to maintain reliable and high performing Office 365 environment. Deploy, maintain (upgrade, monitor, troubleshoot, optimize) various storage.
- Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability.
- Responsible for upkeep and maintain the telephone, fax, CCTV, door access and other systems in the company.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of working experience or Diploma with at least 5 years working experience in related fields.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong attention to details, self-starter, proactive and possess and alert, inquiring mind.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.
- Network security experience.
- LAN and WAN experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Exchange Online (Office 365) Administration and support experience.
- Experience administering other O365 services (MS Teams, SharePoint Online, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent organization and management skills.
