- 1) Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and other requirements that
apply to Trisystems as minimum standards.
- 2) Establishment of HSE management system with written HSE procedures and manuals.
- 3) Providing a workplace that is healthy, safe and with condusive and controlled
environment in terms of ventilation, air-conditioning, lightning and staff facilities.
- 4) Ensuring safe and clear access to and from the workplace including access to
the fire exits within the workplace.
- 5) Providing a fire system at the workplace together with adequate fire extinguisher,
safety signage, emergency route plan and emergency assembly area.
- 6) Ensuring that the workplace are periodically checked for visible defects, worn
out fittings, furniture and equipment. Also ensuring that they are suitable for
use and properly maintained.
- 7) Providing health and safety items to staff such as first aid and medical kits,
the necessary protective personnel equipment and a sick bay at the workplace.
- 8) Ensuring risk assessment and control is executed at the workplace.
- 9) Ensuring HSE matters such as monthly reports, current safety info, accidents
and hazards are communicated to all employees and providing awareness & training,
whenever necessary, to ensure continuous improvement of HSE matters.
- 10) Providing safety briefing to contractor before any work at Trisystems workplace
is carried out to ensure enforcement of safe behaviours and execution of tasks.
